Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of women's empowerment policies in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the work environment. This type of research is qualitative research using the SLR (Literature Review System) method. SLR is a literature review method that is carried out by collecting, identifying, concluding, critically evaluating research results on certain topics. The results of the study indicate that there are efforts to empower women through complaints handling, medical, psychological-spiritual services, law enforcement and assistance, as well as return and social reintegration. Thus, it can be interpreted that the policy of protecting women is one of the government's policies to facilitate, assist, and support victims of gender-based violence to obtain justice in demanding their rights. So that with this policy it is hoped that women will be able to develop their potential, so that women can be independent and participate in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the workplace.

Abstract

One of the efforts to defend the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is to instill patriotism in the younger generation. This effort can be done through educational institutions so that it can be measured. The unstoppable influence of foreign culture can be anticipated by introducing local culture. This study aims to reveal regional culture as a medium to foster a spirit of patriotism in the younger generation. The urgency and contribution of this research is to promote the spirit of patriotism through cultural activities. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that through cultural activities in the form of Kupang dance and a folk song entitled re kayo rek, they were able to foster an attitude of patriotism, namely being proud as a citizen of Sidoarjo, knowing the meaning and meaning of the Kupang dance, knowing the importance of the song re kayo rek.

Abstract

Our research aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the loyalty of employees working in companies or industries in the city of Surabaya. The method used is the literature review method  by taking library data from the results of previous research. The target of the research we used was employees working in the city of Surabaya. The results obtained from this study can be used as insight and information to determine the effect of compensation provided by the company and employee job satisfaction on the loyalty that employees have to the company. The results of this study found that there is an influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty to companies in the city of Surabaya so that the company needs to provide commensurate compensation and comfort that creates job satisfaction so that employees can be loyal to the company.  Keywords: Employee, job satisfaction, compensation, loyalty, human resources

Abstract

The purpose of this study: is to examine the effect of promotion and product quality on customer loyalty: the mediating role of Erigo product customer satisfaction. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires in the Sidoarjo area, Taman sub-district. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SmartPLS program. Based on the data analysis conducted in this study shows that promotions positively and significantly affect customer loyalty in purchasing Erigo products. Advertising ultimately and significantly affects customer satisfaction in purchasing Erigo products. Product quality substantially affects customer loyalty in purchasing Erigo products. Product quality positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction in product purchases. Customer satisfaction wholly and substantially affects customer loyalty in purchasing Erigo products.

Abstract

This research was conducted at companies engaged in the textile sector. The purpose of this research is to find out how the accounting information system and internal control system are applied to the finished goods inventory at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile and to find out how the accounting information system and internal control system for finished goods inventory at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile are by the theory stated. There is. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is by (1) Collecting data to get the desired information. (2) Reducing data or summarizing the main things. (3) Presenting data to conclude. (4) Summarize the research results.The results showed that the finished goods inventory accounting information system implemented at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile indicated that the tasks or functions carried out and the recording and reporting system regarding dead goods inventory management activities had been practical. Meanwhile, the internal control system for finished goods inventory still has a dual function/task of the warehouse department. Based on the practice that occurred at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, by looking at the existing theory, the situation is still not by the idea. Still, the company can adequately run the accounting information and internal control systems on finished goods inventory.

Abstract

This research is aimed at proving and analyzing the effect of the level of knowledge of taxation, the quality of tax services, and the imposition of tax sanctions on the taxpayer compliance of MSME actors partially and simultaneously with the MSME research object in Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. They are using quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The number of samples that met the criteria for purposive sampling in Taman Subdistrict SMEs was 40 MSME actors. Still, there was a data transformation by adding a sample of 8 MSME actors. The study's results partially examine the quality of tax authorities and the imposition of tax sanctions has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. At the same time, knowledge of taxation does not positively and significantly affect taxpayer compliance. In simultaneous research, the variables of knowledge of taxation, quality of tax service and imposition of tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and leverage on firm value with institutional ownership as moderating variable. The population in this study were manufature companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2020. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 311 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 26 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, heterkedacity test, multiclinearity, autocorrelation, f test, R2 test, t test and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study state that corporate social responsibility have no effect on firm value. Leverage have a positive effect on firm value. The ownership institutional can not moderate relationship between corporate social responsibility and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and reveal the behavior of employees at the shipping company PT. Meratus Line Surabaya, who are carrying out a profession transfer that is currently happening at PT. Meratus Line from an Islamic perspective. This research approach uses qualitative methods, using phenomenological approaches (Alfraed Schutz), religious phenomenology, conventional (Bogdan Biken) and IFIAS which see social behavior as behavior oriented towards the past, present and future of someone who changes professions. The results of this study indicate the behavior of seafarers at PT. Meratus Line Surabaya, namely: 1. Seafarers' brotherhood at PT. Meratus Line Surabaya is very strong, namely helping each other, for example for junior seafarers so that they can improve their competence quickly, 2. The seafarer profession has changed at PT. Meratus Line happens to senior sailors who have high competence to find their lost lives. 3. at PT. Meratus Line in an Islamic perspective as a result of being driven by feelings to seek happiness in life in accordance with Qodho' and human Qodhar, and 4. The shift of PT employees. Meratus Line, especially those who already have unique factors from their lives, both their life experiences, aspirations and the influence of social environmental factors where they live and work.
